Terms of use

  • Before placing an order, the customer must be familiar with terms of delivery, shopping and complaint procedure.
  • Sent order is binding.
  • By completing the registration form or a binding order to the seller gives the customer permission to gather and store personal data about him and his purchases.
  • After sending the order the customer will receive confirmation of order receipt and shipment cost e-mail.
  • The customer has 14 days after receipt of the shipment right to a refund or exchange for other goods undamaged their choice (in the corresponding price). This exemption does not apply to, the costs of returning the goods and sending other goods paid by the customer.
  • DOWNLOADING: Customers can download purchased to work, even repeatedly - up to a maximum period of 2 days from the first download. The customer is also entitled to additional fabrication (s) copies (s) work for their personal use. Customer may not use the work in another scale or other than stated above - in the sense of § 12 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll. ("Copyright Act"). The customer acknowledges that it is not entitled to work in particular, modify, distribute, communicate to the public, lend or lease.

Seller agrees to:

  • entrusted not sell customer information or provide any third party without customer's consent
  • that the personal information entrusted to apply for a commercial customer with an offer unrelated to trade without the consent of the customer
  • that the customer's personal information deleted from our database

Terms of delivery

Price

Seller will seek a price that is in the order, followed. If possible, contact the seller to the buyer (phone or e-mail) and give him the current price. If the buyer to agree with her, he will receive the goods as required, otherwise the order will be canceled. The price of goods will be adding an amount for its delivery in the table below.

Delivery time

Goods that are currently in stock ships in five business days, delivery is also in the hands of the Czech Post. If not in stock, the customer is informed of this fact during the order.

If you want express delivery at extra cost, write us a note - this item will be delivered later than the third business day after ordering.

Methods of payment

Cash on delivery – payment on delivery in the Czech Post Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic Slovak post

Bank transfer – payment based on the data that you send to your e-mail address

Claim:

  • The buyer is obliged to delivered goods thoroughly familiar without undue delay and defects detected to inform the seller within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Notification of defects detected the buyer must make the seller in writing (e-mail) or in person. In the notice the buyer must specify the defects are and how they manifest themselves (in the case of recording the exact location - track number, time, etc.). The complaint claims the buyer at the place where the seller:

  • The claim goods is necessary in all circumstances to submit either document (copy) of payment and delivery of goods or the number dobírkového delivery note relating to the goods.
  • Seller agrees to inform the customer within 14 days of receiving the complaint, the progress and execution.
